Mind- Body Wellness

For many years I have had chronic health issues that at times have been extremely debilitating. The more I research and speak to others, the more I realise just how many of us have issues that impact on our daily lives- some we are only focusing on since slowing down due to covid.

The connection between the mind and body is extremely powerful and is effected by our surroundings, what we do, what we ingest and what we put on our bodies. Throughout this “journey to wellness” I have learnt many things and have started sharing what I know about the benefits of using natural products, projects like de-cluttering, creating harmony in our homes and how these things impact on both our mental and physical health.

As this topic extends far beyond what we use in our homes I thought it would be a great way to share what I’ve learnt (and continue to learn) and hopefully inspire others to make this a priority for themselves and their family.
